Online based assessment is our new and innovative method of psychological assessment for employees profiling relying on online setting. The assessment includes:

  • Behavioral Event Interview*,

  • Intelligence test,

  • Work attitude test,

  • Clinical test*,

  • Personality test,

  • Essay (real time; candidate to write the essay during online session)*.

*: For certain type of assessment

Online-based assessment means:

  • FLEXIBLE, there is no minimal candidate for assessment as we cater our service on one-on-one basis. 

  • COST & TIME EFFICIENTlateness caused by traffic and other commuting-related hurdles can be anticipated. 

  • PAPERLESS, the fully online feature means we save our world for our next generation.

WHAT DOES A CANDIDATE NEED?

Stable internet connection of at least 2 Mbps is required. The assessment would ideally be conducted on candidate's office. 

PC / LAPTOP

PC / laptop with Chrome/Safari/Microsoft Edge installed is a must and is irreplaceable with tablet/mobile phone.

ZOOM

Interview and some assessment procedure will be conducted through Zoom. Click below to download.
