Experiencing Life Foundation (ELF) is a holistic psychological clinic established in 2013 in Gading Serpong, Tangerang. In serving organization needs, ELF has become a mutual partner to more than 60 organizations across Jakarta and greater area - some of our clients are actually located outside Jakarta. 

As a psychological consultant, ELF gives recommendation of a candidate / an employee with regards to their job performance based on the psychological assessment that we conduct. ELF develops own methods of assessment and interpretation using tests, interview, observation, and group discussion to capture the most accurate psychological profile of the candidate/employee.

ONLINE-BASED ASSESSMENT

Unprecedented situation triggers innovative approaches.

Responding to the situation where face-to-face meeting is not practical, we have now developed a rigorous method for employees' profiling based on online assessment. The assessment includes:

  • Behavioral Event Interview,

  • Intelligence test (general)*,

  • Personality test*,

  • Essay (real time; candidate to write the essay during online session).

​NOTES:

  • Except for online-based assessment, our operational expenses are only covered by having a minimum of 2 candidates in each assessment appointment. Thus, if you only have 1 candidate and we do not have other appointment, an extra charge of IDR 100.000,- will incur to cover our cost. 

  • We can conduct assessments in your office if you have a minimum of 4 candidates for Gading Serpong area OR 6 candidates for other Jakarta and greater areas. While our clinic is closed, we could assist in delivering on-site assessment with a minimum of 3 candidates for Gading Serpong area OR 4 candidates for other Jakarta and greater areas. 

  • We can STILL deliver an on-site assessment with fewer numbers of candidate with a transportation cost of IDR 300.000,-/visit. Cancellation on the day of appointment will incur a cancellation fee of IDR 300.000,- on top of transportation cost.

REPORTING DURATION

We provide express reporting turn around with an extra charge of IDR 50.000,-/candidate, as according to the above timeframes.

 

1-4 CANDIDATES

Standard reporting: max. 5 working days

Express reporting: 1-2 working days.

5-10 CANDIDATES

Standard reporting: max. 7 working days

Express reporting: 2-3 working days.

11-15 CANDIDATES

Standard reporting: max. 10 working days

Express reporting: 3-5 working days.

> 15 CANDIDATES

Standard reporting: max. 15 working days

Express reporting: 7-10 working days.

 

PROCEDURE

  1. If you are a new client to ELF, please register your company profile and other administrative terms in this form.

  2. Once registered, you will receive a company ID. Use your company ID to fill in the form of appointment. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for your company digit to be synced with our database. However, you can submit the form of appointment as soon as you have completed your company profile form. IMPORTANT: You will need your candidate's email address for online-based assessment.

  3. We will notify you via email with regards to the availability.

  4. For ONSITE assessment, please arrange an appropriate room to maintain social distancing and minimise the spread of viruses (see the tips here).

  5. We will send you an invoice quoting the total amount of payment.

  6. Upon making payment, please send your proof of payment to: ask@experiencing-life.com or by filling this form.

  7. We will send the soft copy of the report to your registered email address. We will only send hard copy of the report upon your request (with additional charge).
